Returns and refunds are only accepted if your item has been seriously damaged by the conditions of transport, contact us.

• Please note that all products personalized at the customer's request are neither returned nor exchanged

• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the returned items are worn, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or if they have an excessive form of hair, perfume or scent. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified by email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

REFUNDS

We offer refunds in the event of debit or receipt of the order of an unavailable item, Elle-May Saint-Tropez undertakes to offer a credit or to reimburse the customer within 15 days.
